   This is the seventh beta of the Windows port of the Pan newsreader.

   This version is built from the Pan 0.13.91 codebase.  See

   a full list of changes since the previous Windows release.

PREREQUISITES

   Pan requires the GTK 2.2 Runtime Environment to be installed.
