To use this, just save pan.exe and pcre3.dll into the same directory, then run Pan.

If you've never run Pan or any other GTK software (such as gaim or the gimp)
on Windows before, you'll also need to install the GTK libraries, which can
be found in the gtk_for_windows directory.
