To use this, just save pan.exe and pcre3.dll into the same directory, then run Pan.

Pan now plays nicely with (and requires) the gimp's gtk 2.8 installer, which can
be found in the gtk_for_windows directory.  If you're upgrading from an old version
of Pan that used the gropline gtk 2.2 installer, uninstall the old gtk first.
